Significant improvements have been made to several of our key genealogical databases.

These updates include adding locations to records where possible, correcting errors, enhancing details, and optimizing over 260,000 records for easier and more accurate searching.

This meticulous work has also unlocked around 100,000 records that were previously hidden or "missing" in our archives!

As well as these corrections and updates, over 48,000 BRAND NEW records have also been added to our website.

Quick note about our Wills and Testamentary Papers Database

When improving and enhancing our Wills and Testamentary Papers database, we noticed a substantial amount of records that had the persons location/residence listed as "overseas".

Rather than overlooking these records, efforts have been made to highlight them within the database.

When visiting the link below, if you search "overseas" in the text bar, you should then be presented with just under 10,000 records relating to Irish born individuals living overseas at the time that their will was probated.

Furthermore, if you search any of the following terms in the text bar, you should get region-specific results and some notable and interesting records!
