The Ulster Genealogical and Historical Guild (“Guild”) was established by the Ulster Historical Foundation (“UHF”) in 1978. Membership is open to all applicants. Membership subscriptions are due on the yearly anniversary of your acceptance into the Guild.
The Ulster Historical Foundation may change benefits to Guild members without notice. Membership of the Guild should not imply any permanent benefit or warranty. The primary function of the Guild is to provide a forum for the self-defined Irish and Scots-Irish genealogical community. Guild membership is not required to access the primary birth, marriage and death databases, for which transcriptions can be purchased on a pay-per-view basis.
Payment of Guild membership will not be refunded. Membership subscriptions are treated as donations to UHF, which is registered with The Charity Commission for Northern Ireland NIC100280.
