An Act for the more effectually preserving the Health of His Majesty's Subjects for erecting an Apothecary's Hall in the City of Dublin and regulating the Possession of Apothecary throughout the Kingdom of Ireland.

Medicine - Apothecary's Hall established, Corporation members named to regulate exams, up to 60 judicious Dublin apothecaries paying £100 each admitted, poisons not to be ground etc. in same room as other medicines, arsenic oils or colours used by painters, poisons register kept giving name, abode and purchase, less than 1 lb arsenic to be signed for, medicines approved by College of Physicians, after 24 June 1791 no person to open a shop unless examined by College, appeal can be made to College of Physicians, apothecary present, certificate to open a shop 10s, to be apprentice certificate 5s - apprenticeship seven years [so]
