An Act for vesting a certain Fund in Commissioners at the End of every Quarter of a Year to be by them applied to the Reduction of the national Debt and to direct the Application of additional Funds in case of future Loans to the like Purpose.

Revenue - national debt reduction plan, sum set aside each quarter £25,000 after interest, annuities, etc. are met, money from appropriated interest etc. fund, and buying back debentures or annuities, shortfall made up from Consolidated Revenue, such money to have preference to all charges except Civil List; moneys for this purpose lodged in Bank of Ireland, attempts to forge documents under this act - felony with the death penalty [rv]
