Description

An Act to authorize the issuing of Treasury Bills to the Amount therein mentioned to the Company of the Grand Canal to carry on the Navigation to the Shannon and to authorize the issuing of Debentures to the Amount therein mentioned to enable the Company of the Royal Canal to proceed in carrying on the said Canal.
