An Act to explain amend and render more effectual an Act passed in the Twenty-sixth Year of the Reign of His present Majesty King George the Third intitled An Act to establish the Business of a Pawnbroker and to authorize such Persons as shall be duly qualified to carry on the same to lend Money on Pawns or Pledges and to receive Interest at a higher Rate than heretofore was recoverable by Law.
