An Act for the better enabling the Royal Canal Company to carry on and compleat the Royal Canal from the City of Dublin to Tarmonbury on the River Shannon.

Communications - Royal Canal, subscribers to be incorporated and organisation as Grand Canal, after Dublin no cut nearer to Grand Canal than four miles, except for water and supply of turf to Dublin and elsewhere, may purchase lands up to £500 p.a. above those used for canal, 2d per mile per passenger, company may set boat tolls, except up to 3 1/2d per mile per ton for corn meal, malt, flour to Dublin; if sunk boats not removed in four days, sold, surplus to owner, penalty £5 for leaving open lock or wasting water [cm]
