Family historians will be well aware of the value of newspapers in the hunt for their ancestors. A number of years ago Joe Baker of Belfast History Project kindly donated bound volumes of the Belfast Newsletter, 1955-97, which are available to view in our offices at Kiltonga, Newtownards. In May 2024, we were delighted to receive bound copies of the Belfast Telegraph from Joe and his colleagues covering the years 1960-90, which will also be available once we have shelving in place.
