C.F. McGleenon is a retired headmaster in Co. Armagh. He is a graduate from Queen’s University, Belfast, with BA (1958), Dip. Ed. (1962), DASE (1974), MA [Ed.] (1977), MA [Irish Studies] (1998), Ph.D. (2005). He edited the The Carruckmore Tradition 1982-2002, and has contributed articles to Armagh: History and Society, and to various journals.
